The cafe is so atas!!!
I got to sit on the pink chair hehehe so pretty
The menu is pretty too!
Dinner at Antoinette with Junrong!! Thanks for accompanying me to the cafe!:) We alighted at Lavender Mrt Station and reached the cafe shortly with his good sense of directions. I think it might take me around 20 minutes to walk to the cafe as it is quite inaccessible.
I couldn't wait to try the desserts at Antoinette as they looked so yummy!! It has been months since I ate macarons and I was so so happy that I could satisfy my cravings that day. If you are a tea person, this cafe is definitely for you!!!:) They have different types of tea and desserts. It is a perfect cafe for a satisfying tea break session after a shopping spree. They also have 2 outlets in town so I guess i'm visiting them soon!
We ordered Antoinette's Breakfast, Gnocchi Carbonara and macarons.
The Croissants came first.
J: Where's my scrambled eggs?
Me: I have no idea. You should ask the waitress.
J: See la, bring me to such an atas cafe!!!
M: HAHAHA
J: Hi, may I ask if this is part of my Antoinette's Breakfast set?
Waitress: Yes, your breakfast will be served soon. (Smiling)
-LAUGHS-
Junrong said that the croissants were delicious.
My babies (can't stop staring at them)
Gnocchi Carbonara
Gnocchi- various thick and soft pastas
Honestly, I find the Gnocchi too thick and heavy for me. I couldn't even finish them. The poached egg was slightly overcooked.:( However, I love the sauce. (Gonna change the Gnocchi to Spaghetti next time)
Antoinette's Breakfast
Yummy Breakfast! It tasted so much better than Gnocchi Carbonara. The scrambled eggs was well seasoned and I love the sausage.
However, we still prefer Five & Dime Eatery's scrambled eggs to Antoinette's scrambled eggs!
Satisfying dinner:)
Bought some macarons to share with my sister hehe
My favourite flavours are Pistachio, Chloe and Caramel:)
I still prefer Laduree's macarons to Antoinette's macarons due to their unique flavours. Gonna buy some Laduree macarons soon!!:)
Shall blog again when I visit the next cafe, bye :) x
