I'm back here with Jacelyn!!!! Strangers' Reunion serves delicious waffles and coffee with gorgeous latte art. The cafe was quite small when i visited it last year. However, they have now expanded the cafe and this is so much better!!! We ordered Buttermilk Waffle with Artisan Greek Yogurt and Fresh Fruit and a cup of coffee each.

 I highly recommend their waffles as they tasted so good! The waffle was crispy around the edges and soft inside. Om nom nom :)

To be honest, i was quite disappointed with the latte art as it wasn't as nice as the ones i had last time. :(  The coffee was good and I love their pastel colour cups! So pretty :)

We ordered their signature Mille Crepe and Strawberry Mille Feuille. 

I think they were too creamy and heavy for me. And for presentation purposes, i think they should make the Strawberry Mille Feuille stand on the plate...We were quite disappointed with Lady M. :(  I will not come back for their crepes, but maybe for their cakes and fruit tarts!!

They brought so much laughter and joy to my life in school. I missed having lectures and tutorials together with my girls, eating with them at Tampines Mall and rushing back to school for lessons!!!

It was a long bus ride with the girls. We alighted at St. Patrick's Green and reached the cafe shortly all thanks to Michelle who really knows how to read the Google map!!:)

We ordered eggs benedict, sandwiches, pies and coffee!!

    Grasshopper Mint Pie

My favourite pies would be the Banoffee Pie and Strawberry Lemon Pie. They are exactly the same pies from Windowsill in the woods!!! I like the Banoffee Pie as it has a good combination of bananas, cream and toffee. It tasted really good! Thumbs up:) The Strawberry Lemon Pie was excellent too. A combination of strawberries and lemon cream on a biscuit base is perfect. Yum!

                      Eggs Benedict with Turkey Ham

The poached eggs were perfect and the bread was really soft. I enjoyed eating it!:)

    Smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, dill on bagel

Unfortunately, they have ran out of bagel that day...
Michelle said that the smoked salmon tasted good but they gave too little cream cheese.

We all had a filling lunch except Shi Hui. She's a big eater!! We went to shop at Bugis and had some desserts at Ah Chew Desserts located at Bugis area.

                      Mango Sago

Shi Hui said that Ah Chew Desserts is a famous dessert shop. :)  Mango Sago was good with huge slices of mangoes in it!!!

We walked to Haji Lane after that despite the warm weather.

                 
Finally, we had our dinner at Ramen Champion. It's a self-service restaurant. It works like Marche. You would be given a card to buy your food and make your payment later.

  The soup base was clear and not too salty. I like the fatty pork and egg!! They tasted so good! Yummy dinner:)

I had a great day pigging out with my girls and would definitely look forward to our next gathering!

D'Good Cafe with sis!:) It's a few minutes walk from exit B if you are taking the MRT. I was so glad that there were seats unlike our last visit there. I think this was probably because we went on a Monday! I don't really like self-service cafes but i think the price was quite reasonable. You can have eggs benedict at $13.50!! There are seats at the second and third level as well as the rooftop area. I think it sounds ridiculous if we have to bring the food and coffee to the third level or rooftop area by climbing up the stairs. D'Good Cafe has an elevator which one can take to the third level. COOL!!:)

We ordered eggs benedict, waffle with strawberry gelato, mocha and latte.

The poached eggs and bacon were served on English muffins with generous serving of hollandaise sauce. YUMMY! I don't really like their salad.:(

The waffle was so disappointing. I thought I was eating Mr Bean Pancake for a moment. It was not crispy around the edges! The strawberry gelato has a very strong Meiji Strawberry Milk taste.We didn't finish the waffle as it was very thick and it was not the type of waffle we were looking for.:(
